Accessibility Statement

Last updated: November 1, 2026

Reliom is committed to making our platform, website, and communications accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We believe great customer relationships depend on communication that works for everyone.

1. Standards

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

2. Measures We Take

  • Designing color palettes that meet minimum contrast ratios.
  • Using semantic HTML and appropriate ARIA attributes.
  • Ensuring the site and product are fully keyboard-navigable.
  • Providing text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Supporting screen readers and assistive technologies on modern browsers.
  • Avoiding motion that could trigger vestibular disorders; respecting reduced-motion preferences.
  • Reviewing accessibility during product design and QA.

3. Ongoing Work

Accessibility is a continuous process. We regularly audit our platform and are working to improve areas that do not yet fully meet our target standard. Some third-party content or integrations may not be fully accessible; we work with our vendors to close those gaps.

4. Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at accessibility@reliom.com. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days and to resolve reported issues promptly.

5. Alternative Access

If any content or feature is not accessible to you, contact hello@reliom.com and we will provide the information or service through an alternative channel.
