How billing works
Two parts: your platform fee, and your communication usage.
Your monthly plan ($195 or $495) covers the Reliom platform — CRM, inbox, automations, booking, sites, and reporting.
Anything sent through carriers — text messages, MMS, phone calls, call recordings, phone numbers, and A2P registration — is billed as pass-through usage to a credit card you keep on file. You only pay for what you send.
Platform subscription
Flat monthly fee. Unlimited use of the software and team seats.
Messaging usage
SMS from ~$0.0075 / segment, MMS from $0.022. Carrier surcharges apply.
Voice, numbers & A2P
Calls from $0.0117 / min. Local numbers $1.15 / month. A2P registration at cost.
