Communication usage is billed separately from your platform subscription.
Your monthly Reliom plan covers the platform — CRM, inbox, automations, booking, and reporting. Anything sent through carriers (text messages, phone calls, phone numbers, and A2P registration) is billed as pass-through usage against a credit card you keep on file.
Platform subscription
A fixed monthly fee — $195 or $495 depending on your plan. Covers unlimited use of the software: CRM, inbox, workflows, booking, sites, reporting, and team seats.
Communication usage
Metered charges for SMS, MMS, voice minutes, call recording, phone numbers, and A2P registration. Billed to your card as you use it. Rates below match our carrier partner (Twilio) pass-through pricing.

Every number you provision on the platform is charged monthly. US & Canada rates shown; other regions vary.

Calls, recording & transcription
Voice is billed per minute. Inbound calls have two legs — the arrival at your Reliom number and the forwarded leg to where you answer. Both are billed.

Calls are billed in full minutes — partial minutes round up. Alaska and Yukon Territory follow regional pricing.
Compliance & campaign fees
US carriers require every business sending SMS to register a brand and campaigns. Fees below are set by the carriers and passed through at cost.

A small platform markup
A fixed 5% markup is applied to carrier pass-through categories — A2P registration, SMS & MMS carrier fees, verified caller ID, and RCS carrier fees. This covers billing, reconciliation, and carrier management.
